We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

 • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $19 USD.
 • For orders under $19, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

If you are ordering from outside the USA, your country may charge import taxes, duties, or fees. These are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

7. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
 • If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Rerica is not responsible.
 • If the order is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees will apply).

8. What should I do if my package is delayed?
