At Rerica, we are committed to providing high-quality 100% human hair wigs. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the following return and refund policy.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Significant product quality issues (e.g. shedding, strong odor, uneven coloring, or major length discrepancies)
• Wrong item or variant sent (e.g. incorrect color, length, or style)
• Item damaged during shipping
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
• The item has been worn, washed, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way
• The return is due to subjective reasons (e.g. “I don’t like the color” or “It doesn’t suit me”)
• The return request is made after the return period has expired
1.3 Return Window
• You must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Processing Time
• We will inspect the returned item and process your refund within 3 business days of receiving it
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and typically take 3–7 business days to appear (depending on your payment provider)
2.2 Partial Refunds
• If the product has been partially used but has visible quality issues, we may offer a partial refund or discount compensation based on the situation
2.3 No Refund Will Be Issued If:
• False claims or malicious return attempts are detected
• The return request is submitted after the 7-day window
• Issues are caused by customer errors (e.g. wrong address, refused delivery, etc.)
3. How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at rericahair@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the product issue
• Photo of the packaging and product condition
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions
3. Ship the item back and share the tracking number
4. We will inspect the return and issue your refund accordingly
